Set up Daon's accounts

Before you start

Use one shared Daon email for every account, such as tech@daonrealestate.com, and turn on two-step sign-in wherever it is offered.
Have Daon's credit card ready. Every service bills Daon directly.
Invite this address wherever a step says so: admin@ziplyne.agency
Go in order, and tick each step as you finish it.

CardHosting, files, email sending and the domain

Create the account: dash.cloudflare.com/sign-up. Click the link in the email Cloudflare sends.
Subscribe to Workers Paid: open the Workers plans page, choose Workers Paid, enter Daon's card and confirm.
Turn on R2 file storage: open R2, click the button to activate it and confirm.
Invite ZipLyne: open Members, click Invite, enter admin@ziplyne.agency, choose the whole account and the Administrator role, then send.
Do not add the domain in Cloudflare. We do that ourselves.

CardWhatsApp and the 9 social media accounts

Create the account: zernio.com, Sign up.
Add the card: open Billing, enter Daon's card and company address, then save.
Invite ZipLyne: open the Users tab, invite admin@ziplyne.agency by email, role Admin, access to all profiles. If Zernio gives you a link instead of sending an email, WhatsApp the link to Isaac.
ZipLyne: On the social accounts call we connect the system to Zernio together. Zernio lets only the owner create that connection.

Card laterAdded on the WhatsApp callWhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram

Choose the business WhatsApp number: the one the assistant, reminders and alerts will send from. WhatsApp Isaac that number, or tell him you want a new one. An existing number must be on the WhatsApp Business app, not regular WhatsApp.
Invite ZipLyne: open People, pick Daon's business if asked, click Invite people, enter admin@ziplyne.agency, choose Full control and send.
Verify the business: open Security Center, Start verification. Have ready the company registration certificate, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing Daon's name and address, and the office phone. If it already says Verified, tick this.
ZipLyne: On the WhatsApp call we connect the number and add Daon's card to the WhatsApp account together.

No cardGoogle Calendar and Slides for the system

Sign in with Daon's Google admin account and create a project named Daon System. If Google offers a free trial or asks for a card, close it.
Invite ZipLyne: open IAM with Daon System selected at the top, click Grant access, enter admin@ziplyne.agency, role Owner, then Save.
If Google says the address is not allowed in your organization, WhatsApp Isaac and we finish this on a short call.

Where daonrealestate.com is registered today

Invite ZipLyne: manage.wix.com, Settings, Roles & Permissions, Invite People, enter admin@ziplyne.agency, role Admin (Co-Owner). Tick this if you already did.
ZipLyne: Isaac moves the domain to Cloudflare from here and tells you if he needs anything. Your website and Google email keep working.
